5. Returns & Refunds

For a smooth refund of the product’s cost, the product must be sent back to us in the same condition as it was received. All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment by us. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns, and the shipping fees are not refundable. After acceptance, our refund procedure takes 7 business days.
