Returns, Refund & Exchange
Returns
Once you identify a defect, please reach out to our Customer Care team and provide:
- The order number
- The name and number of the defective item
- A description of the defect (including pictures)
We will respond within 24 hours after verifying the details.
- To initiate the return process, please email sales@petersign.com.
- Once the return request is submitted, our team will officially begin processing it, which will take 7 to 10 working days.
- The jacket must be returned in its original condition, meaning it should be unused and have all the tags attached.
- The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
- We may request a picture of the jacket showing the issue or problem.
- Clearance or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. However, if the jacket or pants have a size or fitting issue, we offer a refund or exchange after deducting a $25 replacement fee.
Our return policy allows 30 days from the delivery date to ensure a satisfactory customer experience. Regular Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
Exchange/Alteration
When a replacement jacket is requested, a return order is created, and it will take the same amount of time to be delivered as the new order.
Of course, you can exchange a standard jacket for a different style by contacting our Customer Care team. You will need to cover any price difference for the new jacket style.
We promise to deliver the ideal jacket on the first try. Nonetheless, if your personalized or made-to-order item doesn't fit properly, please contact our customer support for assistance with returning the jacket for adjustments.
Refunds
Returns for custom orders (bespoke and made-to-measure orders) are not accepted in exchange for refunds. Please understand that your custom order is unique to you. All details, such as style, material, and accessories, are tailored to your preferences, and we are unlikely to sell them to anyone else.
- To qualify for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Your purchase must be a regular, in-store product.
- The product must be of a standard size and not custom-made.
- The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- Personalized or customized products cannot be returned for a refund or exchange under any circumstances.
