Shipping policy

Unlike other websites, we place highest significance on our customers desires, thus, offer free shipping around the globe. Irrespective of the order size and place of delivery, Peter Sign always ships your orders absolutely free of cost, and right on time! Since we value your time and needs, we tend to deliver your order as fast as possible,


It takes us 10 working days (on an average) to dispatch your orders. However, in the worst case scenario, or due to an unfortunate event, it could take us around 20 working days for us to ship your order.


With each order that reach to us, we tend to deliver it as earliest as possible, after shipment, usually within 3-5 business days. Since every order is of a different nature, the delivery time period may vary accordingly. Customers are encouraged to mention their preferred delivery date at the time of placing the order, our Customer Support Agent would try to manage your order in accordance to your desired shipment date.


Our shipments are delivered across the globe except for Russia, Israel and Sanctioned Countries. We only use the most trusted courier services like DHL, FedEx, and TNT etc., so as to ensure safe and sound shipments of your orders. After the dispatch, it usually takes only 3-5 working days for the delivery to reach to your doorstep. We reserve the right to choose the courier service of our choice for smooth and efficient shipment of all the products.


All the orders are shipped on Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, hence the mentioned prices are exclusive of all the taxes and duties. In case of customs duties, the buyer has to bear these charges at the time of receiving the order. Therefore, prior to placing an order, kindly check with your country’s custom office to know the additional costs attached.


To ensure your safety, we do not deliver to APO, FPO and PO Box addresses so please always give us your physical / street address. Likewise, customer would ask for a signature at the time of delivery.


After the shipment takes place, we provide customers with their respective tracking numbers to keep track of their shipped products. If for any reason, the courier company puts your order on hold, or you fail to receive the product when they arrive, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the courier company. We advise our customers to instantly follow up on their orders as soon as they are given the tracking details. In case of innumerable delivery attempts at the provided address, the courier company may destroy the parcel altogether. Peter Sign, therefore, cannot be hold responsible in such scenario.


Although in case of multiple transactions from same user we deliver all the products in one parcel, but depending on the order type, we usually deliver in more than one boxes.


After you receive your order, and we receive your payment, we notify our valued customers via email of order confirmation.
