Order Cancellation

We ensure that our customers are well-informed to place the right order. However, if you change your mind for any reason, you can simply cancel your order. For that, you must place a request for cancellation within 24 hours to receive the complete payment. If not placed within the said time frame, the following terms will apply:

• Cancellation after 24 hours will result in a 30% deduction from the paid amount of the product.
• If the order is cancelled 3 days before shipping, 50% will be deducted from the total payment.
• We do not consider cancellation requests made after 3 days of order confirmation.
