2. Currency & Pricing

To maintain consistency throughout our page, you’ll find all our prices to be in US dollars (USD).

3. Payment Processing & Security

  • We use a PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway to process customers’ transactions that offers the highest level of security to ensure that all of your data is secured and safe. We retain no payment information after the translation is complete.
  • After a successful purchase, we keep only basic information for monitoring your order and customer service, such as your email address and order history.

4. Order Confirmation & Payment Authorization

  • Right after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, verifying that your order has been successfully placed.
  • Certain banks may temporarily suspend the money in your account when making a transaction, stopping payment from being processed. So be sure that it isn't the cause behind your order being delayed.

5. Failed or Declined Transactions

Please check your bank or payment provider to make sure there are no limits or other issues if your payment was unsuccessful or denied.

6. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Every refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • After approval, the refunds will be executed within 7 days. Depending on the bank or payment processor, the money transfer process could take anywhere from 5 to 7 days
