Shipping & Delivery

We typically require ten working days to process and dispatch your orders. However, in rare cases or unforeseen circumstances, it may take us around twenty working days to ship your order.

Our products are transported worldwide except in Russia, Israel, and Sanctioned Countries. We utilize reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx, and TNT to guarantee the secure delivery of your orders.

Our shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means the prices do not include customs taxes or import duties. The package recipient is responsible for any fees incurred (this also applies to retail and wholesale customers). PeterSign does not have authority over these fees, and we cannot provide an estimate, as customs regulations and import duties vary greatly from one country to another. Contact your local customs office to inquire about current fees before placing an order to avoid unexpected charges.

For your safety, we cannot deliver to APO, FPO, and PO Box addresses, so please provide us with your physical or street address. Additionally, a signature will be required from the customer upon delivery.

Once your purchase has been sent out, you will receive an email and SMS notification containing the courier tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also monitor the status of your delivery at any time using the "Track Your Order’ page.

You can contact us to update the shipping address if your order has yet to be shipped. We will make the required changes for you. If your order has already been shipped, we recommend contacting the courier company with your order's tracking details to request an address change.

Our primary goal is to deliver custom orders within 15-20 days. However, as these are custom orders, the processing time may vary. If you have a specific timeline, we advise you to communicate it to your design consultant

An order for a made-to-measure or custom size is typically shipped to the customer within 15-20 days.

You can specify your preferred delivery date in the comments section when placing your order or consult with your design advisor about the feasibility of delivering the customized order by a specific date.
