1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Our user-friendly policy offers a 30-day return, refund and exchange. Exceeding the number of days will result in the offer being expired.
- In order for it to be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with a tag attached.
2. Return Process
- To start your return process, reach out to our customer service via our email at info@petersign.com to guide you through the process. Mention your email, number and provide a valid reason for the return.
- Our team will send you a “permission to return” email to send in your return item. Once the item is received and inspected within 3 days, we will notify you of our response via email.
- It is highly recommended that the item is returned in its original packaging, as it will help accelerate the return process.
3. Exchange Process
- If you face issues with the following conditions: different shade, design, or size, email us at info@petersign.com and fill in the exchange request.
- We will cover all the exchange costs, including return shipping charges.
4. Refund Policy
- If the product is defective or not as described or shown on our website, you are eligible for a refund.
- After receiving your return item, the inspection and approval will take about 3 days. Once completed, our customer service will contact you within 24 hours.
- The refund processing will take about 7 days after approval.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Petersign will not cover the cost of return shipping except in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items. The buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.
6. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
- We guarantee the best possible delivery conditions for our products. However, if something goes wrong, like receiving a damaged or incorrect article, immediately reach out to our customer service within 3 days via email info@petersign.com
- Please attach pictures of the product for evidence to inspect eligibility.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
In case you do not procure your refunds within the said time period, then check in with your bank or original payment source, as depending on the bank, the processing time may differ. Do not hesitate to reach out to us in the meantime so we can let you know if the refund has been forwarded from our side.
