1. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping except for Israel and Russia and APO/FPO addresses. Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot deliver to these places.
2. Shipping Methods & Carriers
- We provide standard and expedited shipping, which you can select during checkout.
- To ensure maximum secure delivery, we collaborate with the following service providers: DHL Express, FedEx Express and UPS.
3. Shipping Costs
We charge $24.99 for standard shipping and $39.99 for expedited shipping. Additionally, free delivery is available in the USA, UK & Canada on orders over $139.
4. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Processing time frames may vary during peak times and sales events.
5. Estimated Shipping Time
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout.
- Estimated time for Free shipping is 10 to 12 business days
- Estimated time for Standard Shipping is 8 to 10 business days
- Estimated time for Expedited Shipping is 3 to 5 business days
Note: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekdays or holidays. During peak seasons or holidays, there will be delays in shipping times. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

6. Tracking & Notifications
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email about the product shipping with your tracking ID.
- Use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order.

7. International Shipping & Duties
International clients are liable for all import fees, taxes, or customs charges imposed by the government. The local customs office determines these fees, and they are not included in our shipping costs. Moreover, there can be potential delays in the case of unforeseeable events.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost, delayed, or damaged during transit, please contact our customer service team as soon as you can. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly.
9. Returns & Refunds Related to Shipping
