I was not looking forward to late delivery and the additional chaos that was created due to the sizing mishap, but despite all that, I cannot deny the fact that the jacket is mesmerizing, and I adore it thoroughly.

The jacket is surely great. I am thoroughly satisfied with it. But another surprisingly positive aspect that I noticed is their amazing customer service. Yes, like they claim, “24/7 customer service availability,” that was exactly the case with them. Whenever I consulted them regarding the various size and order tracking concerns, they were quick to reach back.

I am picky when it comes to leather jackets, and considering the number of options there are, it was quite tough to figure out the one I wanted to go with precisely. So, after all the research, I got my hands on this one, and it did give me sleepless nights as I was skeptical about whether I had made the right decision.

Bought this specifically for the color. Although other aspects of the jacket also turned out to be great. Hence, all in all, a great jacket meant for everyday use.

It reached earlier than the estimated date, which was surely a big surprise. Everything is lovely about this letterman jacket. It is so smart and similar to the OG pieces I developed a fascination for.
